Job summary

Meritain Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Regulatory Compliance to support compliance activities by researching issues, gathering facts, and preparing reports. This role collaborates with regulatory managers and internal teams to ensure timely, well-documented work.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in insurance/compliance, strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and summarize compliance matters.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries.
• Support settlement intake research.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to identify trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation and trackers for compliance.
• Collaborate with regulatory managers on projects.
• Mental Health Parity intake research.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
