Electronic Theatre Controls, Inc. seeks a Compliance Engineer to ensure global regulatory and safety requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle. This role focuses on HES, Hog, automated lighting, and fixture products, with potential collaboration across LED groups.

You will review designs, develop testing strategies, coordinate with laboratories, and guide regulatory compliance across projects in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required; Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, investigative skills and technical aptitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present recommendations and adapt plans.
• Experience in a product development environment.
• Familiarity with product safety standards; EMC knowledge is a plus.

• Assumes design responsibility for portions of project
• Develops test and verification procedures
• Documents compliance by completing approval applications and recording test results
• Reviews product designs to identify potential compliance issues
• Coordinates with external testing laboratories to achieve product certifications
• Is involved in selecting and applying global regulatory standards for a product family
• Supports testing activities and product builds as needed
• Travels occasionally to support testing activities and testing labs
