Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience.
• 2+ years of compliance, quality, regulatory, or related experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills with clear information delivery.
• Experience managing multiple assignments with competing deadlines.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Support research and review of compliance matters by gathering facts and summarizing findings.
• Assist with responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
• Support settlement intake requests and related research activities.
• Respond to information requests from internal and external partners.
• Monitor compliance activities to identify, track and report trends.
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting.
• Maintain documentation, trackers and materials supporting compliance.
• Partner with regulatory and compliance managers on projects and priorities.
• Handle Mental Health Parity intake research and related activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
