Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Risk/Compliance professional to partner with their Line of Business and RCA teams to create, implement, and oversee a robust risk management framework.

The role focuses on identifying gaps, responding to risks, and escalating issues to protect the organization from losses. You will act as a liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense, applying knowledge of laws, regulations, and controls, while collaborating across teams to meet safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than one year of applicable experience.
• Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RCA professionals and managers to implement or oversee a risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
• Identify, respond and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Serve as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
