Job summary

This role focuses on identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and escalating risks as needed while acting as a functional liaison between the business and the Lines of Defense.

A strong analytical mind and solid communication skills are essential. Location is in Overland Park, Kansas, with on-site presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 1+ year of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Line of Business and RCA managers to implement risk framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses.
• Identify, respond and escalate risks as appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
