Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Risk/Compliance/Audit professional to partner with the assigned Line of Business and RCA teams to implement and oversee an effective risk management framework, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The role also serves as a liaison between business lines and the Lines of Defense. Responsibilities include identifying gaps, escalating risks as needed, and contributing to projects that minimize losses from inadequate processes or controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned Line of Business and RCA teams to implement, maintain or oversee an effective risk management framework.
• Participate in projects/activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
• Identify, respond to and escalate risks as appropriate; serve as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
