Alignment Health, a leader in Medicare Advantage, seeks a Senior Regulatory Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end regulatory initiatives across the organization. You will partner with Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Product, Clinical, and business leaders to assess impacts and coordinate multi-department readiness for new CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations, compliance, regulatory affairs, implementation management, project management, or Medicare Advantage operations.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and implementation methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
