Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota seeks a Manager of Regulatory Change Management to lead a team responsible for interpreting and implementing evolving laws and guidance across Medicare, Medicaid, and DHS programs. You will drive impact analyses, develop workplans, and ensure timely execution while guiding Medicare-specific regulatory activities for Marketing Materials Review.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance experience with 1+ staff, team lead or project lead experience.
• Bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage stakeholders and designated owners for new law and regulatory guidance.
• Participate in or facilitate implementation working sessions with business partners.
• Collect and document evidence of implementation efforts and conduct validation checks.
• Prepare and deliver reports on implementation progress and compliance status.
• Communicate updates and insights to the broader compliance team and contribute to risk assessments.
