Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to monitor, research, manage, and implement responses to federal and state regulatory changes that affect Regions’ lines of business. This role drafts reporting related to changes and emerging risks and helps develop compliance training.

You will maintain reporting on training completion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and collaborate with Legal, Enterprise Compliance, and Risk to drive regulatory change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in a financial or regulatory environment.
• JD preferred; equivalent regulatory compliance experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact to Regions’ lines of business.
• Assemble cross-functional teams to document regulatory changes’ impact.
• Draft and distribute reporting on regulatory changes and emerging risks.
• Prepare compliance-related presentations and calls on trends.
• Maintain databases of regulatory information.
• Coordinate compliance communications and training materials.
• Oversee compliance training programs and related MAC courses.
• Plan and manage regulatory risk management symposiums.
