Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to monitor and manage regulatory changes at federal and state levels, draft related reporting, and support enterprise compliance training. The role requires collaboration across Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure timely implementation of regulatory requirements.

The position emphasizes developing training materials, maintaining regulatory inventories, and coordinating communications to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a financial or regulatory environment.
• Juris Doctorate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors regulatory changes and assesses impact to the lines of business.
• Assembles cross functional teams to document regulatory changes’ impact.
• Drafts and distributes reporting on regulatory changes and emerging risks.
• Prepares, schedules, and administers compliance-related presentations.
• Maintains databases of information related to regulatory changes.
• Coordinates compliance training and messaging across teams.
• Manages and oversees the compliance training program.
• May plan and manage periodic Compliance and Regulatory Risk Management Symposiums.
