This experience will assist the Regulatory Administration team on various policy, cost recovery, and rulemaking proceedings to ensure Public Utilities Commission approval and positive outcomes for the Company and its customers. The experience will enable an intern to project manage and/or support a project(s) that will allow the Company to meet its cost recovery or policy objectives. The successful intern will research, project manage, work on oral and written communications, work on compliance items or reporting, and look for ways to improve processes. This position will start Fall 2026 and work through the school year part time. This position may have the possibility to extend beyond the internship’s initial term based on the candidate’s successful performance and Xcel Energy’s business needs.

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $18.20 to $24.50 per hour.
