Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Business Analytics Lead within the Regulatory Reporting organization. You will advance automation, data quality initiatives, and reporting efficiency across data, systems, and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with data pipelines, QA/testing, and collaboration with technology and data teams to support strategic regulatory reporting objectives. Based in multiple eligible locations and requiring strong SQL and Python skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance/Accounting/IS/Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL and ability to query, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience in data analysis, reconciliations, and QA/testing in financial/data-heavy environments.
• Ability to work effectively across business, data, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance automated data pipelines and reporting processes for key regulatory reports (e.g., FFIEC 031, FR Y-9C, FR Y-15, TIC, FR 009).
• Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and variance investigations to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Translate regulatory reporting requirements into data/system solutions with SMEs.
• Support reporting logic enhancements in regulatory platforms like Axiom.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen data quality and reporting efficiency.
• Document data lineage, business rules, and controls for audit and regulatory needs.
