Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Business Analytics Consultant within Regulatory Reporting to advance data quality, validation, and governance across multiple teams in Cleveland, OH or other locations. You will analyze regulatory data, perform reconciliations, translate complex requirements into actionable specs, and support end-to-end reporting initiatives.

Collaborating with Finance, Risk, Technology and Data Management, you will help ensure accurate submissions (FFIEC/FR filings) and strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, IS, Data Analytics or related field.
• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, testing, reconciliation, or regulatory reporting in financial services.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools to validate reporting data.
• Understanding of data lineage, mappings, and data governance concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Leverages analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise across functions to create data-driven solutions.
• Consults with clients on tool/strategy implementation, monitoring, and data quality.
• Determines analytic approaches and supports development, implementation and enhancements.
• Develops and optimizes analytical solutions for leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Analyzes results and communicates conclusions to diverse audiences.
• Supports cross-functional collaboration for project execution and issue resolution.
