Grizzly Land Services is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Analyst to support our Regulatory Department. This is a great opportunity to work directly with clients across various development projects throughout the Lower 48.

Exposure to/experience in the Energy Industry is not required – we will train you on “The Grizzly Way”.

This full-time role will be located in our Tulsa Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes impacting the energy industry, particularly in Texas, Oklahoma and surrounding regions
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, reports, and documentation in accordance with applicable laws and agency requirements
• Liaise with government agencies, industry groups, and legal counsel on behalf of clients to ensure timely and accurate compliance
• Support clients by providing regulatory guidance during development planning and execution
• Maintain organized records of permits, licenses, and compliance documentation
• Assist in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and proper documentation
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to align with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the E&P sector
• Familiarity with Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) and Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) regulations and other relevant agencies
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in energy industry is a plus, but not required
