Job summary

Grizzly Land Services, based in Tulsa, is seeking a highly organized Lease Analyst to join our land team. The role collaborates with Landmen, Project Managers, and management to review contracts, track lease obligations, and maintain accurate records across multiple basins.

The position is full-time and located at our Tulsa headquarters, with strong consideration for well-qualified remote candidates who can contribute from anywhere in the United States while upholding our standards of accuracy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lease Analysis, Lease Administration, and/or Land Records.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• iLandman experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review / Interpret Contracts to verify, calculate or change Ownership Interests
• Maintain accurate Lease & Contract Records in iLandman
• Track Lease Obligations & Critical Dates
• Assist in creation of Division-of-Interests for clients
• Reconcile Lease and Ownership data against Source Documents
• Assist Landmen with various tasks as assigned

Grizzly Land Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Analyst to work closely with our Landmen, Project Managers, and Management Team. This is a great opportunity to work with our teams on diverse projects in multiple basins.

This full-time role will be located in our Tulsa Headquarters; however, well-qualified remote candidates will be considered.
