Job summary

IEHP is seeking an Analyst II, Regulatory Affairs in California to perform centralized, complex regulatory activities for the Compliance Department. You will help ensure that plan operations and procedures comply with CMS, Covered California, and California state regulators.

The role requires experience with regulated healthcare programs and strong collaboration with internal teams. The position supports quality goals and may involve on-site duties at IEHP facilities in Rancho Cucamonga.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with managed care or related industry experience.
• Experience with health care, health plans, Covered California, Medicaid MCPs, Medicare Advantage, SNPs, MMPs/Cal MediConnect.
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements (Covered California, CMS, CA DHCS/DMHC, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.

Responsibilities

• Perform centralized, complex regulatory activities for the Compliance Department.
• Ensure Plan operations, processes, policies are in compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
