Responsibilities

Monitor and summarize regulatory and legislative activities impacting utility operations.
Conduct research on regulatory, legislative, and policy issues affecting customer programs.
Assist in the preparation and organization of regulatory filings and supporting documents.
Support regulatory proceedings by gathering data and summarizing orders and developments.
Analyze proposed legislation, regulations, and policy changes and prepare internal impact summaries.
