Job summary
Neogen is seeking a Technical Program Manager, Software & Firmware based in Oakdale, Minnesota. You will drive delivery of embedded software, firmware, and data-management software for regulated instrumentation, coordinating with systems, electrical, mechanical, quality, regulatory, and platform engineering teams.
Responsibilities include translating product requirements into executable delivery plans, managing milestones, risks, and release readiness, and ensuring traceability and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Professional engineering experience coordinating delivery across software, firmware, and hardware teams.
- Experience in regulated product development with requirements management and verification.
- Strong program-planning and stakeholder-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own software and firmware delivery plans across new product development and sustaining engineering.
- Translate requirements into executable delivery plans, milestones, and release schedules.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary dependencies and external partner deliveries.
- Ensure release readiness and alignment with design controls and regulatory requirements.
- Support risk management and escalation for delivery issues.
