Job summary

WorkGenius Group in Foster City, CA, seeks a Technical Program Manager – Hardware Development to lead end-to-end hardware programs from concept through production ramp. You will coordinate hardware, software, firmware and manufacturing teams, including external contract manufacturers, to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in hardware TPM/engineering TPM and experience with EVT/DVT/PVT, plus a degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware programs from concept to production ramp.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with Hardware, Software, Firmware, and Manufacturing.
• Experience with EVT/DVT/PVT and multiple development cycles.
• Background in automotive or consumer electronics hardware preferred.
• Proven skills in scheduling, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware development programs from concept through EVT, DVT, PVT and production ramp.
• Create and maintain roadmaps, schedules, milestones, risks and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Hardware, Software, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams.
• Partner with contract manufacturers to manage prototypes and production builds and ensure readiness.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation, decisions and accountability across teams.
