Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Documentation Specialist to support the preparation, review, and revision of nonconformance records in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.

The position requires 1+ years of experience in quality or related fields, strong Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, documentation, compliance, or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
Experience in regulated or medical device manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update nonconformance records using approved templates and quality documentation standards.
Verify problem descriptions, containment actions, part/lot numbers, quantities, and other critical details.
Retrieve and cross-check manufacturing, inventory, and quality data using Oracle and other internal systems.
Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve documentation gaps.
Incorporate reviewer feedback, manage document revisions, and track records to completion.
Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with established procedures.
