Job summary

The position requires 1+ years of experience in quality or related fields, strong Word/Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, documentation, compliance, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Experience in regulated or medical device manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update nonconformance records using approved templates and quality documentation standards.
• Verify problem descriptions, containment actions, part/lot numbers, quantities, and other critical details.
• Retrieve and cross-check manufacturing, inventory, and quality data using Oracle and other internal systems.
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve documentation gaps.
• Incorporate reviewer feedback, manage document revisions, and track records to completion.
• Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with established procedures.
