Acro Service Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented quality documentation assistant in a medical device manufacturing environment. You will prepare, update, and process nonconformance records, maintaining accurate quality documentation and verifying data in Oracle and other internal systems.

Collaboration with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams is essential to resolve discrepancies. Ideal candidates have strong Word skills, proficiency with Excel and Outlook, and experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word templates, tables, formatting, and revisions.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and Teams for daily tasks.
• Experience navigating ERP systems (Oracle) to verify data.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of handling high-volume documentation with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, update, and process nonconformance records.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and data integrity.
• Verify manufacturing and inventory data using Oracle and other internal systems.
• Document quality issues and incorporate reviewer feedback.
• Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to established quality procedures and ensure traceability.
