Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search seeks an experienced supply chain leader to oversee purchasing, logistics, and warehouse activities. You will coordinate raw material procurement, align delivery schedules, and ensure final product delivery on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with ISO, FDA, and cGMP standards.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive process improvements across the supply chain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, supplier/vendor negotiations, and supply chain software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QMS, and ERP/PLM systems.
• Professional certifications such as ASCM CLTD, CPIM, CSCP, CPM, or CPSM.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply chain strategy and vendor management to improve efficiency.
• Oversee transportation and logistics operations, including scheduling and dispatch.
• Maintain data integrity and implement corrective actions across product lines.
• Manage goods flow from raw material to final delivery.
• Develop policies to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Implement purchasing standards and protocols.
• Handle customer and supplier requests, including compliance and complaints.
• Prepare departmental assessments and documentation for compliance.
