- Develop and implement supply chain strategies supporting company growth, operational efficiency, and cost management
- Lead and mentor the Purchasing Manager, Planning Manager, and Commodity Managers
- Drive KPIs and performance metrics for purchasing, planning, and sourcing functions
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain operations
- Oversee purchasing of raw materials, components, and services
- Guide sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and long-term supplier partnerships
- Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation, and contract negotiations

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5-7 years of leadership experience managing purchasing, planning, and sourcing teams
- Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, production planning, inventory management, and supplier negotiations
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience operating in an ISO-13485 / FDA environment or similar regulated industry preferred
- Oracle experience is a plus
- APICS CPIM, CSCP, or similar supply chain certification preferred
