Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Regs Assembler (Team B) on the 3rd shift to perform final assembly of electricity regulators and related components. The position requires working across multiple centers and assembling per work instructions with calibrated tooling.

You will test, troubleshoot, and move units using cranes, while collaborating with engineering and quality teams to ensure on-time completion. Benefits begin day one, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX facility.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.
• Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly operations of electricity regulators per standard methods and procedures.
• Assemble across centers (covers, pumps, single-pot, two-pot, all tap changer) using calibrated tooling.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality and shipping to ensure on-time completion and shipment.
• Conduct ratio testing and troubleshoot to resolve issues.
• Move units via overhead cranes and powered equipment; repair units post-test as needed.
• Support teardown, repair and modification of customer-supplied equipment as directed.
• Participate in problem solving to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Uphold 5S+, PPE usage, and Eaton policies; achieve target production rates.
