Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks an Assembly - 2nd Shift to produce Voltage Regulators in a continuous flow environment. The role involves building, testing, and supporting various assembly steps, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Expect 3pm–11pm shifts with a base hourly rate of $24.45 and a $2.50 shift premium. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible applicants, with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work and 5S, inspect previous operation, and assemble/test tap changers.
• Build product per work instructions using calibrated tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and shipping to ensure on-time completion and shipment.
• Conduct ratio testing on the unit and troubleshoot issues.
• Move units with overhead cranes and power equipment.
• Repair units and components that fail testing or require changes.
• Participate in teardown, repair and modification of customer-supplied equipment.
• Cross-train across Regulators department.
