Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Regs Assembler (Team B) on 2nd shift at the Nacogdoches, TX facility. Core hours are Mon-Fri, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Overtime may be required.

The role involves final assembly of electricity regulators, using a range of calibrated tooling, with emphasis on quality and on-time delivery. Benefits include health, retirement, parental leave, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX facility will be considered.
• No immigration sponsorship or work visa support (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc) for this position.
• Preferred: previous manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of electricity regulators per standard methods and procedures.
• Assemble across multiple work centers (covers, pumps, single-pot/two-pot assembly, tap changer) per work instructions.
• Use calibrated tooling to build to quality standards and ensure on-time shipment.
• Conduct ratio testing and troubleshoot issues to complete tests.
• Move units with overhead cranes and industrial equipment; repair units as needed.
• Participate in teardown and modification of customer-supplied equipment as directed.
• Ensure safety protocols and 5S+ housekeeping; contribute to continuous improvement.
