Job summary

ASA, located in Schaumburg, IL, seeks a Registry Implementation Coordinator to support onboarding and day-to-day operations of clinical data registries. You will be the first-line resource for users, triaging inquiries, managing accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with internal teams, develop user documentation, and participate in training sessions to promote registry utilization and high-quality data submissions.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma with experience accepted.
• Minimum 2 years in help desk support or customer service.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic CRM familiarity a plus.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and problem solving.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for registry participants via ticketing, phone, email, or chat.
• Triaging inquiries and resolving routine issues to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and troubleshooting; monitor queues.
• Provide platform support and standard workflow guidance to users.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Collaborate with product teams and assist in training sessions as needed.
