Job summary

The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) in Schaumburg, IL, seeks an AQI Registry Implementation Coordinator for a flexible hybrid schedule to support onboarding and day-to-day operations of clinical data registries.

You will be the first-line resource for registry users, triaging inquiries, managing user accounts, and ensuring timely resolution of routine issues while promoting a seamless user experience across NACOR and related programs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required with on-the-job training.
• At least 2 years of experience in help desk or customer service roles.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Atlassian Jira) and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to navigate PC applications.
• CRM familiarity (Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service, communication (written and oral), listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for registry participants and triage inquiries (ticketing, phone, email, chat).
• Record participant feedback, issues, updates, and complaints in CRM or help desk system and share with staff for action.
• Manage and maintain user accounts including setup, permissions, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor ticket queues and escalate complex issues; report on ticket volume and trends.
• Provide support on platform functionality and standard workflows.
• Support onboarding of new participants and account setup.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Perform proactive participant outreach and respond to inquiries within established timeframes.
