Job summary

ASA is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist in Schaumburg, IL or remote, to be the primary relationship manager for AQI registry participants. You will shepherd onboarding, data submission, and ongoing engagement, driving product adoption and value realization through training and analytics.

The role collaborates with clinical, operational, and quality leaders to improve data quality, participation, and customer satisfaction, supporting renewal and expansion opportunities within AQI programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in support or customer service roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for registry participants, supporting onboarding, data submission, and inquiries.
• Develop and deliver training programs, webinars, and coaching for registry participants.
• Support education on regulatory programs (CMS quality payment programs like MIPS) and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with ASA teams to ensure consistent messaging and participant-focused initiatives.
