Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate registration records in Cvent and databases.
• Process registrations, cancellations, and payments timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment status, refunds, and audits.
• Provide on-site support during conferences and badge distribution.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat and manage attendee accounts.
• Generate reports and monitor registration trends for stakeholders.
