Job summary

ACS is seeking a Registration Specialist to plan, administer, and execute registration operations for national, regional, and specialty events. The role includes managing registration platforms, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with internal teams and registration vendors.

The position is based in Washington, DC with a hybrid schedule. Travel up to 20% and ability to work nights/weekends are required to ensure successful events. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant registration experience, including customized buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, administer, and execute registration operations for ACS meetings and events.
• Manage end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of registration platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align timelines and requirements.
• Maintain data integrity and system integrations; generate reports and insights.
• Serve as onsite registration lead to ensure professional attendee experience.
