Ardent Health Services is seeking a day-shift, full-time Registration Assistant for the Harrington Breast Care Center in Amarillo, TX. You will register patients, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver friendly, patient-centered service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in customer service or clerical work, with proficiency in basic computer tasks and Microsoft Office.

• BSA Harrington Cancer Center is a state-of-the-art, 48,000-square-foot facility with two new linear accelerators for radiation treatments, 24 patient exam rooms, 28 heated chemotherapy infusion chairs, and three private infusion rooms for families.

Responsibilities

The Registration Assistant is responsible for facilitating and processing registrations, ensuring accuracy in data entry, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service. This role may involve handling confidential information, assisting patients and staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, clerical, or administrative work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry.
