Job summary

HID Global seeks a Registration Analyst in Salt Lake City to securely review certificate applications, perform I&A checks, and match documents to pending cases. You will handle notarized forms and maintain files while meeting productivity targets and providing excellent customer service.

The role requires at least 1–3 years in customer service or admin work, strong English skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows. Flexibility in hours is valued.

• Experience in verification, authentication, or identity-related processes preferred.
• Experience handling sensitive documents or regulated customer data preferred.
• Familiarity with certificate authorities, digital identity concepts, or compliance requirements preferred.
• Experience working in high-volume processing or productivity-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing incoming certificate applications in the web-based system for completeness.
• Performing Identification and Authentication (I&A) checks at required levels.
• Processing incoming mail and matching supporting documents to pending applications, including specialized request forms, notarized forms, disputes, and other documentation.
• Reviewing notarized documentation for completeness and verifying notary validity through appropriate agencies.
• Recording and maintaining certificate applications, agreements, exceptions, revocations, disputes, and customer files.
• Meeting productivity targets established by management.
• Contacting customers to resolve application discrepancies or missing information.
• Participating in annual goal-setting, performance evaluations, and other ongoing development activities.
• Supporting continuous improvement of processes and providing feedback to leadership as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
