Qualifications

• Customer service and communication experience is required.
• Ability to securely handle sensitive customer data.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing incoming certificate applications for completeness in the web-based system.
• Performing Identification & Authentication checks at required levels.
• Processing mail and matching documents to pending applications, including special forms.
• Reviewing notarized documentation for completeness and verifying notary validity.
• Recording and maintaining applications, exceptions, revocations, disputes, and files.
• Meeting productivity targets set by management.
• Contacting customers to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Participating in annual goal-setting and ongoing development activities.
• Supporting process improvements and providing leadership feedback.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
