Virtua in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a part-time Registrar to gather patient demographics, verify benefits, obtain authorizations, and collect co-pays, contributing to smooth hospital admissions.
The role works 3rd shift, 16 hours weekly, every other Monday/Friday and every other Sat/Sun 11pm–7am, on-site; Epic system experience is preferred.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and strong communication, typing, and data accuracy to support efficient patient registration.

Gathers and enters patient demographic information into the hospital information system. Verifies benefits, obtains required authorization. Obtains co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and deposit amounts. Performs accurate and thorough registrations. Is compliant with regulatory guidelines. Acts as first contact representative of Virtua by providing excellent customer service.
High School diploma.
One year of Epic system experience highly preferred.
Hourly Rate: $18.69 - $26.01The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
*All Registrar positions require availability to complete 3-weeks of dayshift orientation before moving to the schedule that you are hired into (3-days per week for the first 3 weeks). This schedule may vary and is created by the hiring manager at the location that you are hired into.
