Job summary

The State of Georgia is seeking an Assistant Registrar to support the Registrar’s Office at the Dublin Campus of Oconee Fall Line Technical College. This role focuses on maintaining accurate student records, evaluating transfer credits, and coordinating class scheduling for new and transfer students.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or an Associate with extensive experience in academic records, familiarity with Banner/FERPA, and a commitment to compliance and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree AND Three years experience in academic records or a similar environment.
• Or an Associate Degree from an accredited college or university with at least Five years work experience.
• PREFERRED: Experience working with BANNER/FERPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Registrar’s Office activities on the Dublin Campus.
• Maintain accuracy and security of student academic records.
• Evaluate transfer credit and verify withdrawals weekly.
• Prepare degree audits and reports; coordinate with faculty and department chairs.
