Job summary

Horizons HR Services seeks a Registrar to lead student affairs activities and serve as the official keeper of student records. You will ensure FERPA compliance and manage critical enrollment and records processes across programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes and preserves the mission of our school.
  • Acts as administrative representative with faculty, staff and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Maintains confidentiality, professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
  • Plans and coordinates on campus visitation and recruitment programs.
  • Responds to student/alumni requests for academic records.
  • Maintains and updates student records across programs.
  • Process verifications of enrollment, eligibility and graduation.
  • Process licensure documents for current and graduated students.
  • Prepare and maintain off schedule tracking records and reports for all programs.
  • Respond to staff, faculty requests for reports, rosters and student information.
  • Prepare reports and chair off schedule tracking meetings for DO program.
  • Prepare agenda/minutes for student status meetings for Pharmacy programs.
  • Verify Florida Residency database for all programs each semester.
  • Prepare, submit and enter courses for all programs each semester.
  • Register students in courses, process final grades, and manage remediation tracking/payments.
  • Prepare and mail grade reports, calculate class rank and present postgraduate training.
  • Act as ERAS Coordinator/Processor for Bradenton Campus; handle post graduate education information and Eras fellowship documents.

Location: Bradenton, FL
Pay: $50k-$65k Salary (Based on Experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30PM

Job Summary

The Registrar provides leadership to plan, organize and manage all of the activities related to the student affairs department, including serving as the official authorized keeper of the Institutions student records. In addition, the Registrar is responsible for compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotes and preserves the mission of our school
  • Acts as administrative representative with faculty, staff and visitors in a professional, friendly manner at all times
  • Maintains confidentiality, professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
  • Plans and coordinates on campus visitation and special recruitment programs
  • Respond to student/alumni request for academic record information
  • Maintain and update all student records: Medical, Dental, Pharmacy and MHSA
  • Process verifications of enrollment, eligibility and graduation for current and graduated students
  • Process licensure documents for current and graduated students
  • Prepare and maintain off schedule tracking records and reports for all programs
  • Respond to staff, faculty requests for reports, rosters and student academic information
  • Prepare reports and chair off schedule tracking meeting for DO program on a monthly basis
  • Prepare agenda/minutes for student status meeting for Pharmacy on a monthly basis
  • Verify/maintain Florida Residency database for all programs every semester
  • Prepare, submit and enter courses for all programs every semester
  • Register students in courses, process final grades for all programs and maintain remediation tracking records and payments for all programs
  • Prepare /mail grade reports, calculate, record class rank and prepare / present postgraduate training for OMS I, OMS II and OMS III students every semester
  • On an annual basis act as the ERAS Coordinator/Processor for Bradenton Campus, prepare / record post graduate education information and process Eras fellowship documents for alumni
Qualifications
Required

Physical Requirements

This position is performed primarily in a professional office setting with occasional participation in campus events and commencement activities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with students, faculty, administrators, and staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
