Job description

What You’ll Do :

• Gather patient history and vitals
• Perform venipuncture and conduct lab tests (hematology, serology, blood chemistry, urinalysis, fecal analysis, and skin / ear cytology)
• Place IV catheters and monitor hospitalized / surgical patients
• Administer and monitor anesthesia for surgery patients
• Conduct and assist with diagnostic testing and radiography
• Educate clients on pet care both in-person and over the phone

What We’re Looking For :

• Active RVT license or enrollment in an accredited Veterinary Technology program
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• A team player with empathy, warmth, and a great sense of humor
• A proactive mindset—no task is too small!
• Ability to lift / restrain pets up to 40 lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the day
