We are seeking an experienced and caring Certified Veterinary Technician to support our medical team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing a wide range of technical duties and possess a strong passion for animal care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and performance of various medical procedures and surgeries
  • Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the veterinarian
  • Monitor anesthetized patients and maintain vital signs during procedures
  • Perform diagnostic tests (blood work, urinalysis, etc.)
  • Collect and prepare laboratory samples for analysis
  • Provide emergency care and first aid to patients
  • Educate pet owners on health and wellness topics
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications
  • State certification (CVT, LVT, RVT) preferred
  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for animal care and client education
