• Strong communication, critical thinking, customer service and computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality patient care through therapy planning, ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Educating patients, families, and mentoring new staff and students.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate and implement care plans.
• Ensuring a safe environment by promoting accurate documentation, medication safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participating in invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary diagnostics, and cardiac services as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP upon hire.
