You will educate patients and staff, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support professional growth while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or RCP.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer aerosolized medications, perform airway management, and interpret waveforms.
• Conduct arterial blood gas sampling and analysis.
• Assist in invasive/non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostic testing.
• Promote safe, quality patient care through accurate documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Educate patients, mentor new staff, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support a positive, team-oriented environment.
