Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP upon hire.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with team members and patients.
