They handle complex cases, including ventilator management, airway procedures, and arterial blood gas analysis, ensuring high-quality, safe patient care. Additionally, they educate patients, families, and new staff, foster teamwork, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and databases
