Role: Respiratory Therapist II responsible for delivering complex respiratory care, medication administration, and patient assessment in critical care settings. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through patient care, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Perform assessments, verify orders, administer therapies, and manage ventilators and airway devices.
• Educate patients, support staff, and precept new employees and students.
• Ensure patient safety, promote quality care, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Support invasive and non-invasive procedures, pulmonary testing, and cardiac procedures as needed.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a minimum of 20 science hours; Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's preferred.
