Job summary

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, provide education to patients and families, support performance improvement initiatives, document accurately, and assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; computer proficiency.

• Administers aerosolized medications, manages ventilators, performs airway management, and analyzes arterial blood gases.
