Job summary

Role:

Respiratory Therapist II

Collaborate with healthcare team for planning, education, and documentation. Provide patient and family education, mentor staff and students, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Ensure a safe, high-quality environment by promoting accurate electronic documentation, medication safety, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science; associate's or bachelor's degree required. Certifications include NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. 0-2 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 6 months in critical care. Skills needed include excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer proficiency.
