Job summary

You will manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation, deliver oxygen therapy, and educate patients and families while collaborating with physicians and nurses. Qualifications

• Associate degree required for Respiratory Therapist role.
• NBRC-RRT certification or equivalent required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
• RRT/RCP-State license or credential as Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status with focused exams and interpret findings.
• Deliver oxygen support, aerosolized meds, airway clearance, and other therapies.
• Manage ventilation with invasive and noninvasive modalities and monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Maintain and clean equipment; ensure infection-prevention standards.
