Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to guide patients through routine care and critical moments. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across a variety of care settings, with access to advanced respiratory technology and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Licensure/credentialed RT with state credentials.
• NBRC-RRT or equivalent certification preferred.
• BCLS required within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status with focused exams and breath sounds.
• Provide oxygen support, aerosolized meds, and airway clearance.
• Manage ventilation and airway placement; monitor responses.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with care team.
• Maintain and clean equipment; ensure safety and infection control.
