Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to guide patients through routine care and critical moments. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation across care settings.

You will have access to advanced respiratory technology, mentorship from RT leaders, and a supportive team that fosters ongoing professional growth and stability in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must-have National Registry credentials (NBRC-RRT) and eligibility for state licensure (RRT/RCP-State).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Relevant clinical competencies in respiratory therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess respiratory status and determine required interventions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy including oxygen, aerosols, and airway clearance techniques.
• Manage ventilation and airway support across settings, including invasive and noninvasive modes.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with physicians and nurses.
• Uphold infection control and maintain respiratory equipment.
